Replacement Engines

When an engine reaches the end of its operating life, Cummins offers various options to keep operating the current vessel or boat with Cummins power. You can either consider an engine rebuild, or replace the engine. Below the replacement options:

  • New Engine: Comply to the latest emission regulations and update your equipment with an engine following the latest technology available. Either displace competitive engines, or replace existing or obsolete Cummins engines.
  • Reconditioned Replacement Engine (ReCon®): Cummins offers a full range of reconditioned (ReCon) engines up to 19L displacement, to replace your current Cummins engine, where regulations allow this.

Below table contains the range of marine reconditioned (ReCon) engines.
